Please ensure that you have all the latest updates for your graphics card and for Windows. If you have an Intel CPU with integrated graphics card or two graphics cards installed, you may wish to try disabling one or only running the game on a particular graphics card.  You can do this by going to Device Manager, then Display Adapters, then right clicking on Intel Graphics and disabling.

If you continue to experience issues, you can also try downloading the version of the game available on the MS Store to see if this resolves the issue.
