In order to use the "Invite a Friend" feature via the iPad, you will need to request the desktop version of the site.
To view the desktop version of a website on iPad Safari:
Method 1: Request Desktop Website
- Open Safari and navigate to the website
- Tap the "AA" icon in the address bar (to the left of the URL)
- Select "Request Desktop Website" from the dropdown menu
Method 2: Long-press reload button
- While on the website, long-press the reload button (circular arrow icon)
- Choose "Request Desktop Website" from the popup menu
Method 3: Settings for all websites
- Go to iPad Settings > Safari
- Under "Settings for Websites," tap "Request Desktop Website"
- Toggle it on for "All Websites" to make this the default behavior
The website should reload and display the full desktop layout instead of the mobile version. Keep in mind that some websites may still show a mobile-optimized version even when requesting the desktop site, and the desktop version might be less touch-friendly on your iPad's screen.
To switch back to the mobile version, you can follow the same steps and select "Request Mobile Website" instead.
