If you encounter a problem while installing or updating Stronghold Kingdoms, please be sure that you are running the game with full administrator privileges on your computer. You can run the game as an administrator by right-clicking on the icon and selecting "Run as Administrator"

Also be sure that you have a stable internet connection and are not using a VPN, or having your internet traffic monitored or restricted by any other running applications.
