The solution (Works only if you have the "N" version of Windows):  The "N" indicates the edition that has no multimedia equipment such as Windows media player etc. This missing system component is what causes the game not to run properly (it seems all games using Unity engine tend to have same problem). The solution is to add this missing component:

On Windows 10 N: Select Start, then select Settings > Apps > Apps and Features > Optional features > Add a feature. Find the Media Feature Pack in the list of available optional features.

On Windows 11 N: Select Start, then select Settings > Apps > Optional features. Select View features next to Add an optional feature, and then select the Media Feature Pack in the list of available optional features.

IMPORTANT: You will not be prompted to restart your computer, but you must restart in order to successfully complete installation of the Media Feature Pack.

If you are unable to add the Media Feature Pack you can try resetting your Media Player

Go to Settings > Apps > Media Player > Advanced Settings and click Reset
