If you wish to permanently delete any Firefly Studios data that maybe stored (including other game accounts):

Upon receipt of the deletion request, you will automatically receive a verification e-mail within 1 hour. If you verify your request for deletion, your account and data held with Firefly will be permanently deleted after a two week grace period.

You may contact us at any point during this two week grace period to revert the request for deletion. Deleted data is not retrievable.
