If you wish to permanently delete your Romans: Age of Caesar account and any other Firefly Studios data that maybe stored (including other game accounts)

You can delete your account in-game via Settings and GDPR. Follow the instructions presented to you to proceed with your deletion.
Deletion verification requires you to confirm this via your registered email address.

Upon receipt of the deletion request, you will automatically receive a verification e-mail within 1 hour. If you verify your request for deletion, your in-game progress will be lost all data held with Firefly will be permanently deleted after a two week grace period.

You may contact us at any point during this two week grace period to revert the request for deletion. Deleted data is not retrievable.
If you wish to cancel your deletion.  This is also done via the same area via Settings and GDPR.
