Click on your Urban Points icon to open the city suburb overview and then select the Administration tab. This screen will show you all of your options for moving and founding new suburbs. The first location in the inner empire costs 4000 Urban points to unlock. If you wish to add a second suburb after this, it will cost 20,000 Urban points.

 

As well as unlocking the Suburb permissions, you will also need Denari in your relocation fund before you can move. The first move to the inner empire will require 30,000 Denarii within your relocation fund.

 

Once you have the permissions unlocked and enough Denari in your relocation fund, go to the Empire Map and select the relocate option on the city you wish to relocate to.

 

You are able to move your suburb once and for free within the Homeland.  You will be able to found additional suburbs once moving out from the Homeland and into the Inner Empire and beyond.
