You will earn Urban Points any time that you rank up or upgrade a production or resource building. Urban Points are used to move your suburb on the Empire map and to gain additional suburbs. Your Urban Points are displayed on the main game screen right next to your prestige total. Clicking on your Urban Points will bring up your City Suburbs Overview, where you can manage relocation and additional suburbs.
