If you are experiencing offensive chat or email messages in Romans you can block a player from sending messages to you. Navigate to that user's Player Info screen, press the Message icon in the top right corner and press the 'Block' button.

Alternatively you can report offensive or inappropriate player behavior directly to us by using our Contact Form. Reports do not automatically end up in a ban for the reported user but rest assured every report is manually reviewed by our support team and taken seriously. Due to the amount of reports we receive, it can take up to 48h until a report is reviewed.
