The Tribute Hall is where players can go to collect extra resources for any of their Suburbs. The Tribute Hall can only be accessed once you have a seat in the Senate.

There are two timers within the Tribute Hall. The first is displayed on the Tribute Hall button and shows when the Tribute Hall will restock. The second is displayed inside the Tribute Hall itself and shows when you can collect. The second timer will be less, the further up in the Senate your seat is located.

There are 5 slots in total available from which resources can be collected. Two of these slots are unlocked by default, more will unlock as more players progress to the Upper Chamber and Conclave areas of the Senate.

Some of these slots will contain random resources while the contents of others are determined by player votes. This is a good way to earn resources that are otherwise difficult to obtain. It might be worthwhile communicating with allies to vote together for the resources that will benefit you all.
