To send your Legion out of your city, all barbarians in your Suburb must be cleared, which will construct a Triumphal Arch near the exit point of your Suburb slot.

Once you have an Arch, you will need to:
  1. click on the legion in your Suburb
  2. select the icon with the four arrows
  3. then select the icon with the compass which will send the legion to the Empire Map.
