Importing goods is a very important part of gameplay, because not all of the goods required to upgrade your houses may be available in your area.

To import goods to your city, you will need to first locate a capital on the Empire Map. Select the capital and then select Import. You will then be asked to select which of your city's docks you would like to use. The higher the level of the docks, the more cargos can be imported at once.
