After ticking the appropriate boxes in the DLC section of Steam, the Soundtrack and Artbook for the Special Edition can be found on the following (default) location on your hard drive -

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Stronghold Crusader 2\Special Edition

The soundtrack can also be played directly through Steam by selecting the Music section of your Steam Library.
